We selected this place to have dinner since we hadn't been here before and they had good reviews. The food was okay but it was... quite salty. They were accommodating to my husband's dietary restriction. The customer service was subpar. Overall, the pricingfor the food was decent and good portions but we were not wowed. It's not a place that we are likely to return to. Read more

From the moment we walked, the experience was phenomenal! Not only were we greeted by the host, but also by 2 other employees... working the bar. We were quickly seated and our waiter, Alex, introduced himself and got us our drinks. With the drinks, hebrought us chips and 2 kinds of salsa, both amazing! Everyone in the restaurant was attentive and friendly. You could tell thatthey were all genuinely glad to be here, with smiles on their faces. Food, service, price and environment 10/10. Greatestrestaurant experience in a while. Will definitely be back!!! Read more

Wow! I would never have thought that I would find something so authentic in Sz Carolina. I?m from San Diego and live 10... minutes from the border and I will happily say that this is home!! The margaritas are spectacular and the food? my lips arestill on fire (in a great way) and let?s just say I just finished off a dish that was meant for two! Jessica was amazing and Iam looking forward to the next time!! Gracias! Read more

I ordered take out from Mr. Cactus. All the servers did wear masks, a thumbs up for that. They have an extensive menu. I ordered... the Pollo Fundido, chicken in a deep fried tortilla with sautéed onions and peppers, cover in a white queso cheese. An avocadosalad of lettuce and tomatoes with a side of rice. It looked good, but looks can be deceiving. Mr. Cactus? Pollo Fundido wasn?tany better than Los Amigos, and Monterreys(in Greenville). I enjoyed the salad and rice. The chicken inside of the friedtortilla was to tough, it?s the same way at the other two restaurants I named. At least the rice was well done. I don?t have torecommend Mr. Cactus, the parking lot is always full. I?ll try Mr. Cactus again, just not the Pollo Fundido. Read more

Quite possibly the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to...! Seriously. Don't let the terrible pics I took scare you off,... this place is ????. Skinny Margarita - fresh, perfect, served with a lovely edible flower. No pic of the Marg because it wasgone too fast ????. Chips were crispy and warm. Salsa - fresh and very tasty - they bring both a spicy and regular and they areboth good. Pollo crema - tasty chicken topped with grilled veggies. Delicious rice. I never finish an entire plate, but I didhere. ???? Service was fast and friendly - thanks Awesome Alex! Only downside to coming here is that you will likely have towait to get a table - worth it though. 5/5 and would make the haul from Greenville to Easley to eat here again! Read more

Mr. Cactus is a great local Mexican restaurant. They offer a great variety of entrees with the freshest ingredients. Fajitas are... my go-to and never disappoint.
