I went through the drive thru, was exhausted. I got home and turned on a movie, and started to eat. Every single vegetable I... ordered was as good as my grandmothers cooking!!!! The Brunswick stew like my great uncle would cook!!! And sweet tea like mamamade!! literally, turned off the movie, and enjoyed dinner as if my grandmother was sitting with me. It was so, so good! First time here. Was very surprised that a BBQ joint didn?t have any beef products. I?m guessing that?s their thing though. I... ordered the pork plate (ribs and chopped pork). The chopped pork was very good. It wasn?t dry and had good flavor. I like havingsome of the bark in my pork but this wasn?t bad at all. The ribs were unfortunately not good. They were very much over cooked.Contrary to popular opinion, rib meat isn?t supposed to fall off the bone. The ribs are very small boned too so there isn?t muchmeat on them. I had the coleslaw and it wasn?t bad but it?s the first time I?ve had it made with sweet pickles. The baked beanswere just out of a can and nothing special. If I wanted chopped pork I would go back again but I believe there are betteroptions with more of a variety elsewhere. Read more
Dang this little hole in the wall is good! Definitely love their sauce and the ribs fall apart right off the bone. The plates... are huge and I love to eat but I can't even finish it off in one setting. Onion rings are amazing too. I offset those with theclearly healthy option of green beans. Sadly I'm only in Easley SC twice a year but this is a must stop. Read more
We enjoy this bbq immensely. The folks are always friendly and the food is served quickly. The pulled pork chop plate is... delicious. They ask what sauce you want or we like to add our own. Coleslaw is moist and tasty and the fries are fresh andcrispy. The ribs have a dry rub and are smoked for a long time to fall off the bone. Friday and Saturday is the buffet with twomeats and lots of sides. It's all very reasonably priced. There's a drive through too! Read more
