So. Let me start out with the staff did seem busy and exhausted. Don't get me wrong with that they were very nice. They did ask... us to park and then forgot where we were for a second. That's ok. They got us our food and we left. We ordered a family mealwith two large sides. When we got home all of our chicken was pretty burned and they were super super small pieces. Our mashedbiscuits were completely smashed. Our mashed potatoes and gravy had no gravy. The sides of mashed potatoes and gravy literallyonly had about maybe two scoops in there. It was barely anything. Called the store to ask about it. They said they don't servechicken like that but they clearly do cause thats what I got. Don't get me wrong, they did say that and that there was prettymuch nothing they could do and to call corporate but they were respectful about it. They didn't get irritated or say anything ina hateful way. They did keep their cool about it all. I'm not one to complain about food but when I do it's only because therewas a big problem with it. Which sometimes workers have bad days so when I do have to call I like to be nice about it causestuff happens. So I do appreciate how nice they were considering. I did call corporate and they were very nice and did remburseme. I don't know if I'll go back to that particular KFC. I might try one more time because it's closer to me. It's the firsttime I've gotten food from there in a while and the first time we've had a bad order from them. I probably will try one moretime and update from there because I mean everyone has off days and they really weren't mean or anything so I'll update when Igo back. Read more
Went in for lunch and waited at counter for 6 minutes while 3 employees walked by but wouldn't take order. I finally left and... went to Popeye's who took my order but food wasn't good. Best bet is to not eat in Easley. Read more
Ordered what I thought I was getting... Got home and fixed a plate and no biscuits...... Had to cook some
This KFC needs a complete staff overhaul. Workers are far from friendly, and have no patience at all. Always out of food and... can?t even read the menu outside the lights are ALWAYS OFF. Just lazy folks run this place. Read more
Very clean, food was great, there was no wait and the staff was very pleasant.
Worst experience ever. I order 12 piece honey BBQ wings and regular fried. When I pulled around I asked the cashier to please... make sure my fries were fresh especially since she had me pull down and wait for my order. Well guess what my bag was cold,fries ice cold, oh and my chicken...DEFINITELY COLD AND NOTHING LIKE A HONEY BBQ SAUCE ON THEM. So I'm not sure why I even hadto wait. Bad experience ???? I would give it zero stars but I can't. Went through the drive through tonight at 6. Lights all on but the doors locked and... drive through person says they aren't taking any orders. How are you closed at 6pm on any night? How can there not be peoplewilling to work? What has happened, don't people still have to work? Was there a spaceship that took all the restaurant workers?I just want to understand how this can be at a huge chain, so bizarre! Do NOT go here ever again. Off the chain awful over andover. Read more
