There is a girl at this white castle that I just found out was a manager and believe her name is shonda that is so rude and... makes my food wrong on purpose. I will be calling corporate on her because she definitely isn't manager material. Wouldn't eventalk to me. I go there all the time but when she is there she is rude and makes my food wrong on purpose. I will definitely betelling everyone about this. I'm an influencer and this place is horrible when she's there. I will be giving them a betterrating because the other managers and workers always seem to fix the problem and make my sandwich perfect and are very nice. Went through the drive thru and we ordered a crave case. They didnt give me that option below of what i recommend. So if you... want the best deal get the crave case with 4 fries and 20 sliders. Gahhh i could eat 40 right now! Too bad im now 300 miles fromthe nearest one....;( Read more
The drive thru line to pick up was a 12 minute wait. I ordered 2 double sliders with cheese, large Dr Pepper and fries. I pulled... out, the fries on top nibbles a few. Then stuck my hand in the bag past the fries to find both sliders were loose in the bag andnot in the packing they were in when I was handed the bag , and the bad went straight to the passenger seat and was not movedbefore finding my sliders all over the bottom of the bag. I manager to scoop one out, the bun was soggy, cheese everywhere butnot on the slider. The other double was in the same condition. Never again will I eat at this place. Read more
It was late. They were opened 24hrs. Everything was closed, we were traveling. My husband really liked White Castle... UNTIL.......(I buy white castle frozen cheeseburgers) at home for my husband. Well we go thru the drive thru and the young ladycame over the intercom (known as Blondie) and sounding out of sort. We have our order pulled up to the window and my husbandmade small talk her being tired. They young lady could barely keep her eyes open. She couldn't work the coke machine. She had toget help. Then ask my husband "did I give you your card back?" Huh one problem we never gave her a card.. lol told her we werepaying cash. She replied, "oh thank God I didn't loss your card" we chuckled as we watch her and the other employee strugglingwith the coke machine. They just couldn't pull it off. We get our order 20 minutes later. We were the only ones there. Finallywe get order, and we take off. Really looking forward to the burgers to only bite into the soggiest bread, soaked in grease andonions. The strangest flavor. Onion Rings we're hot but the inside was just batter. Raw dough. So our $26.00 order got chuckedin a nearby tran can. Oh and the coke we had. Guess what it wasn't coke it was carbonated water. We don't no whathappened..Bless their hollowed hearts they had no clue... But kodos to them for trying. Oh and she was kind enough to give usonly 2 napkins. Before you complain about this location, try any in north county and you'll fall in love with this spot again. My burgers were... hot and fresh and I didn't sit for 45 minutes to get them. My fries were hot and had a sprinkle of salt. I got ketchup andnapkins and they actually had grape hi-c. In comparison this place is the taj-mahal. Enjoy folks. Well done. Keep it up. Read more
Ordered our food thru the app for pick up an hour after ordered. They were under staffed without a few working registers. They... were not nearly busy, but continued to tell everyone in line they were going to have to wait due to only having two employees.Then, the lead staff member continued to speak on her personal cell phone, cussing about her work situation to the other personon the phone, using her gloved hands to touch other things, then back to the food prep. Sooooo many issues, not sure I evencaptured them all here. They were not moving very enthusiastically either. No sense of urgency.
