There is a girl at this white castle that I just found out was a manager and believe her name is shonda that is so rude and... makes my food wrong on purpose. I will be calling corporate on her because she definitely isn't manager material. Wouldn't eventalk to me. I go there all the time but when she is there she is rude and makes my food wrong on purpose. I will definitely betelling everyone about this. I'm an influencer and this place is horrible when she's there. I will be giving them a betterrating because the other managers and workers always seem to fix the problem and make my sandwich perfect and are very nice. The drive thru line to pick up was a 12 minute wait. I ordered 2 double sliders with cheese, large Dr Pepper and fries. I pulled... out, the fries on top nibbles a few. Then stuck my hand in the bag past the fries to find both sliders were loose in the bag andnot in the packing they were in when I was handed the bag , and the bad went straight to the passenger seat and was not movedbefore finding my sliders all over the bottom of the bag. I manager to scoop one out, the bun was soggy, cheese everywhere butnot on the slider. The other double was in the same condition. Never again will I eat at this place. Read more

Ordered our food thru the app for pick up an hour after ordered. They were under staffed without a few working registers. They... were not nearly busy, but continued to tell everyone in line they were going to have to wait due to only having two employees.Then, the lead staff member continued to speak on her personal cell phone, cussing about her work situation to the other personon the phone, using her gloved hands to touch other things, then back to the food prep. Sooooo many issues, not sure I evencaptured them all here. They were not moving very enthusiastically either. No sense of urgency.
