They pick and choose which coupons they honor, even when all coupons are coming from the same Subway flyer. Don't bring just... the coupon you plan on using, better bring the whole flyer in case they decide to not honor it and you have to start cyclingthrough backup choices. It was really the weirdest thing and I don't think I've seen a fast food restaurant with a policy quitelike that. Read more

This is a good Subway. The ladies that work there made five sandwiches for us and labeled them. There was not a wait. I asked... for mustard and mayo on the side because we weren't going to eat them right away and because some subways add too much for somepeople. They had mayo packets but they put mustard in little containers and provided us knifes to spread it. I think everyonewas happy with their sandwiches. I'd go to this Subway again. Read more

Maybe it's the location, maybe it's covid, but I was here twice in the last week and lines were small, workers were friendly and... food was good. What more can you ask for. Much to my surprise the 5th Street St. Charles location has been totally remodeled. Looks great and clean. Will go back now that... it's been cleaned up. Only one complain and that is when checking out we had to give a tip before we could finish the paymenttransaction. Read more
