First time going and maybe it was the drink I ordered but wasn't impressed. The store was cute but I think they're a little over... priced. I had ordered a Smoothie via mobile app for pick up on Friday. On the way to pick it up, I unfortunately had one of my car tires... go flat and I couldn't make it to the store. I called Smoothie King and explained my situation. Smoothie king agreed to write myname down, and remake my order next time I visit. My flat tire was in no way their fault or responsibility. I used a buy one get one free coupon on this visit. As I was by myself the associate offered me a drink carrier, which is very... thoughtful. I ordered two different flavored drinks that both had strawberry in it, and he labeled one of them with the lettersLT so I would know which drink was which. (BLT stands for lemon twist strawberry). Usually have amazing experiences at this location. Although, today I bought a peach papaya greek yogurt smoothie and it tastes... like straight up sugar. It was a new guy and he was by himself. I had him remake it and he made it the exact same way. You guysshould work on training your employees before throwing them off ship. Read more
Until today I would've give. This location 5 stars. They do $5 Mondays (the reason for the additional star) and Fridays. I would... go both days on my rush to work and call ahead by 5 minutes so that it was ready when I got there. I never skimped out on it.But then today, Friday, I was told the manager decided they can't do that even by taking a card number when I had just done itearlier this week. Standard smoothie king, which means delicious smoothies. They aren't exactly inexpensive, but at this newer location you can get... $5 mediums on Fridays AND Mondays, which is absolutely worth it. Read more
First off, there wasn't good selections, so I ordered something I could like. I sat down there and tried the smoothie. It was... good, but there was some crunchy stuff in the smoothie. I didn't know what it was. The staff is nice and friendly and it mighthave changed since it is about July 2021. Read more
