For such a beloved fast food location to fall from grace so gruesomely is truly a fragrant display of ignorance. Upon arrival we... were greeted by a robot, it may be true that some employees on occasion were robot like, providing no enthusiasm or customerservice, however that doesn?t excuse subjecting patrons to such an insulting display. Upon review of the menu, the directive toorder the desired choice of the evening(E.g. classic wings) was to use the internet to order. Completely defeating the purposeof the drive-thru. Upon this visit we did not have any internet connected device. So we proceeded to depart without making apurchase. Truly a lament to observe such a tragedy. Rally no more shall we. Read more
I am not a fan of their new automatic ordering system through the drive thru. I ordered 2 chicken box meals, along with other... meals, and it asked if I want to make both a half pound, I said yes. It did not repeat my order back to me. It also was notrepeated back to me at the window. I asked the gentleman at the window how many meals they had for me. He did not answer me. Iwas finally able to get it out of the employee & it was 1 meal short. When I asked him to repeat my order, he closed the window.He then gave me my drinks and I told him again I needed to figure out which meal I was missing. It ended up being one of thechicken box meals the system asked me about at the speaker. This was a very frustrating experience. It would have been muchbetter if tge employee was more helpful. The food was freshly made and hot. This is something missing in a lot of fast food joints so it's greatly appreciated. I'd... rather have fresh and hot food and non-friendly staff than old and cold food with a friendly staff hands down. This place has improved. My Rally burger was as expected ???? My icecream cone was very good. The fries were okay, not as good... as some Rally's fries. I'll come back again. The prices keep going up like everywhere else. Small fries is like $3.00. That's alot. Rally burger and icecream cone are both over a dollar now too. Our total was over $12 for 2 Rally burgers, 2 small fries,and one icecream cone. Read more
Usually have a good experience with this Rally?s, but not today. My son wanted boneless chicken wings, so I didnt see them in... the menu, but was informed they don?t have boneless wings, only bone in (he said he?s gotten them at this location before). Ihad no idea how much they were, but I figured my son wanted wings, so went ahead & ordered them as a combo. For that and a BigBuford combo it was $32. I about flipped but went ahead with the order. I pulled up to the drive thru & paid for the order. Thenthey tell me I need to pull around and wait because they?re cooking the wings fresh. BtW, I?m on my lunch break and dont havemuch time. When I asked how long it would be, the person at the register & another person behind her said they didn?t know. So Ipulled into the only parking spot available, which was the handicap spot?apparently several other cars had to wait for theirorders as well. 10 minutes later I went to the window to inquire about my order & was told the wings take 10 minutes to cook?andthe guy at the window threw my order at me, not saying thank you for the order, nothing, complete rudeness. WORST RALLYS EVER! Completely trash service and food. Cold, old, burnt, hard as a rock, messed up order and absolutely not... edible food. How do you make a chili cheese dog and completely forgot the chili?! Clear as day the food had been sitting awhile,everything was ice cold, the cheese and chili were crusty, chicken was like burnt rocks. This is ridiculous and wasn?t evenworth wasting more gas to deal with completely incompetent people just to get a run around for a refund on garbage food my dogdidn?t even wanna sniff or let alone eat. In a world full of computers who wants to talk to one!?! Quit taking jobs away. Also my order came to 25.20 I handed the guy 26... he proceeded to say I'm not worried about the 20 cents. Well maybe I'm worried about my 80 cents. Further more if I was wrong incounting why couldn't you prove it to get the rest of the money? Why make me sit here thinking about how he didn't want to givechange. When I did finally get my order the bag was filled so full that it spilled in my car is a separate bag for the fries tomuch to ask for?.
