This store toke very good care of its customer over a lost delivery that turned out to not be lost but an error on the... customer's part. The store had already repeated the order for no charge and the discovery of the error on my part was courteousand refused my offer to pay for the repeated order at that point. We do take out. I order on-line to pick up, and it's always ready when expected. Standard Pizza Hut yummy! Sometimes the website... is wonky, but the phone app seems to work most of the time. Rewards are great! Read more
Ordered the Detroit-style and it was far from a Detroit-style pizza. The crust and cheese was supposed to go all the way to the... sides of the pan so the cheese can caramelize. Neither was existent which makes it just a deep dish pizza. It was alsoundercooked. Very disappointing and I will not order there again. Little Caesar?s makes a real Detroit-style and is much better. We have been regular customers of the location on Elm Street for many years and most of the experiences we have had have been... good until tonight. We ordered 2 pizzas online at 4:45 and were given 20 minutes until the order would be ready for pickup. Iarrived a little early per usual as I would rather wait a couple minutes on the pizza versus having it sit waiting for me. Iwalked up to the door and it had a sign stating we could only go through the drive thru. As I went around to the drive thru,there were a few cars so no big deal. I made it to the window at about 5:25 so pizzas should've been ready. I was told by thedrive thru worker that it would be at least 25-30 minutes longer before our pizzas would be ready even though the app was sayingour order was ready for pickup. I asked why that was with no good explanation so I pulled away and proceeded to wait as thingscan happen. As I'm waiting, I notice the line getting longer and longer and not really moving fast so I get back in line. By thetime I reached the window it was now 6:25, a full hour since I had been there last. They looked and looked for our order only tocome back to say that they could not find it and would have to remake it. At that point I went ahead and cancelled the order aswe were going on close to two hours since the order was placed. The staff offered no explanation or even to refund my order as Ihad to request that as well. Long and short, do yourself a favor and skip this location and save yourself the hassle andfrustration. Pizza was good as well as service for carryout. I ordered personal pan with bacon and mushrooms and cinnamon sticks with... extra dipping sauce. When I got home it was pepperoni pizza and no dipping sauce. A little disappointed but was too hungry tocall and complain. Read more

I don't know if PizzaHut will ever get a chance to get a favorable review from me. Their website has to be amongst the worst... I've seen / used. Every time or other time there is a problem. Order doesn't go thru, order sent is wrong, web page locks upafter I order, order placed as 'Delivery' mystically changes to 'Carry Out', etc. Complaints to the store managers go ignored. Idon't know if PizzaHut will ever get a chance to get another chance at all. I'm fed up with them. Read more
