Normally this location is great but the last experience was horrible. The guy who took our order was so rude and disrespectful... and had an attitude the entire time like he was being bothered by having to take an order. We were the only car there?. When wepulled up to the window his just opened the window and stared at us then held his hand out for payment. No welcome, noacknowledgement other than a cold, rude stare. He handed the card back after running it and continued to stare at us. No ?thankyou? or ?here you go? or anything. Just another cold, rude stare. He gave us our food without a word and continued to stare atus then closed the window. The entire transaction occurred without a word after the drive thru. The receipt said the ordertaker was Carson. One of the best things about this location is that the employees were always very friendly chill and fast! Not whoever was... working July 7 though...YIKESSSS. Seemed like they were on a bad trip or something ???????? very out of it and SO rude. If youwant Jimmy John's just go to a different one :/ hope i can change this review in the future. Read more
Great food, and GREAT customer service. Friendly and helpful. My youngest has an egg allergy, they went above and beyond to help... me find a sandwich I could order for her, and did everything to ensure there was no cross contamination! Thanks!! Read more
I was traveling from Colorado to Tennessee and made a stop here to grab a quick bite. Went in the drive-thru and ordered 2 #9-s.... Employee working the drive-thru was really nice,funny and friendly. You could definitely tell he loved his job too! Alsosandwiches were delicious as always! Read more
Tried their sandwich for the first time. Went to the one in North Kingshighway.. I ordered them online under the name Turtle and... Squirrel, and the third one without a name. Pick them up and saw this.. I like the flavor too.. mine has no breads.. :) Read more
