Got a sandwich delicious as always there was a small problem, they took care of it to more than my satisfaction.. Doing... business with forethought and integrity is not the standard seems like these days it's more the exception.. The measure of abusiness is not whether or not there's a problem there's always going to be problems it's what they do when there is aproblem.. I had a DoorDash order through Jimmy John?s. I didn?t receive my food in time before I got to work and had to cancel. (Not... anyones fault. Businesses are short staffed. Door dash gave me a run around and the employee working this evening made calls toDoorDash and assisted me. Went above and beyond. Did what you don?t see much with customer service anymore. Placed an online order at 6:14. It arrives at 6:39. My drink is wrong. I call at 6:45. The man says the driver will come back... out with my replacement. Great, I?m satisfied. 8:06 hits, no replacement drink. I call to let them know it?s still not here. Thedriver LIES and said he brought it to my door, rang the bell but no one answered. I have a ring AND an Arlo facing downward onmy front steps. You mean to tell me my technology failed twice? And I can?t even get a refund. Lol. Thumbs DOWN! Read more
This location is my favorite Jimmy Johns. I've always experienced the people as nice with a great attitude and there's never a... question if my sandwich is actually going to get cut, or not! Never had an issue with the food at any JJ locations. Read more

Idk we haven?t as of late had food experiences with this location. Waited 40+ min for delivery when the location is 3min drive... down my home, we wanted convenience so we chose delivery. The meat is minimal and just a bit discouraging, corporate possiblydecreased the meat portion. $19 for these 3 items with delivery, discouraging for ordering in the future. A bit disappointed ??
