I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS, BUT IT WON'T LET ME POST WITHOUT ONE....... This location is closed more than open, when we... do catch them open, the food is AWFUL. The chicken strips are over cooked, the tacos were over cooked, told we couldn't orderthe amount of tacos we wanted because of a pricing issue...... we didn't get usual napkins, instead we got hand towels. Apparently the front doors being unlocked at 10 am, does not mean they are open for business. As I approached the counter I was... told the lobby was closed, when I mentioned that my vehicle wouldn't fit through the drive thru I was told, 'Nobody asked you tocome here.' When I questioned the speaker as to why she so clearly hated her job her response was 'You can just leave, becauseI'm not waiting on you.' After she was escorted to the back by other staff, my order was taken and I left. Overall it seems notonly is the store severely lacking in training but the complete attitude of all staff is made toxic by this one employee. I pulled up to the window at 2:10pm. No one came on the intercom to say ?one moment ? or anything for that matter. This location... is closed a lot so I honked my horn one time to see if someone would come on. The manager at the location comes on the intercomand says ?since you honked your horn I?m not taking your order?. I explained that I?ve been waiting and not sure if they wereopen or not. He said he would take everyone order but mine. I had two crying kids in the car sailing they were hungry and notonce did I yell or anything. Another car drove up and honked. It was completely disgusting the way he acted and in front mykids. I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager. I also have a video of the event and how nasty he was being. Read more
So happy to update my review! I think this location may be hit or miss. For a while every time I went it was just bad. Well it's... been a while and decided to get breakfast this time and it was great! Friendly and food was 1000x better than expected! Thebreakfast jacks had a different bread kinda like a grilled cheese and the tacos were not disgusting and greasy! Restores my hopein jack in the box let's goooo! Read more
Had to get my money back for my order. Ordered a Jumbo Jack and received a regular cheeseburger. Took the order back and was... told they didn't have lettuce or tomatoes. It would have been nice if they told me when I ordered. Staff was rude and lazy. Theydid not apologize or attempt to make things right. Read more
I use to eat at this Jack in a box regularly until the shake machine is down daily. Just tried again to get one and the staff... was sitting at table out back when I pulled up to drive thur but soon as he asked what I?d like I started with the shake and ofcourse I get told shake machine is down. I would think by now u would take them off the menu as it?s really not and option orbuy another shake machine as that one stays broke. Very unhappy with the service. Use to be great, hopefully it gets better andI?ll check again another time. Read more
This location needs , to get it together...first. there was a wait and we went in, and there was a fryer beeping so loud. The... entire time we were eating and it was not pleasant. I will say they were short staffed and the manager was working her but off but all the tables Were dirty ..we had to clean our own table ..I got the breakfast slam thing ...they gave me 3 hashbrownslol.
