Used to be my favorite fast food. Not so much anymore. I have given them plenty of chances but they continue to disappoint. I... think this may have been the last straw. I used to love the 2 for $5 whoppers. I would get them twice a week. But now that isgone due to cost/pandemic/lack of labor/Biden or Putin inflation...whatever the reason. Now it's 2 for $5 whopper jr. Exceptthey are cold, the buns are hard and the sandwich is drowning in mayo and ketchup to hide whatever else was wrong. This is theongoing trend. When using your points from your BK Crowns account and want to add something to the order that isn't offered on the app but... still want to get the credit for the purchase of the other items You Must Show Them your app account on your phone to allow youto accrue the points value into your account. #2 when going through the drive-through and you again want to get credit for thepurchase make sure that you insist on an actual itemized receipt with a transaction code number that you can submit later on toget credit for that purchase. I have since found out that some BK's do and many don't bother with an itemized receipt, just asummary receipt stappled to the bag when going through the drive-tgrough. Read more
