Horrible , ordered on line, got a text is was ready so we head over. We get there and they hadn't even started cooking it yet.... This about 45 minutes later. They finally get us our food about 20 minutes later. Fine it's Saturday night it's busy weunderstand not even mad. Until we got home long and the short...food was gross and some items missing. Finally a place with excellent customer service. I go to a lot of bdubs for football season but this one is top notch. Thank... you everyone for such a great time and i never felt unattended. Best place to get beer and wings and food. Writing this review only for one couple who walked in… ordered beer and food and... walk out of restaurant and after 25 minutes they come back and started arguing with bar tenders about why the beer is not cold.What the***. 9/6/2022…around 3:15-3:30 PM. Ordered pickup. Food was hot. But that's it. Chicken tender was dried out and shrunken to the point it was clearly sitting in a... warmer for hours. Gross. I can't believe someone would think it was ok to serve this. You can't cover trash with sauce & make itpretty. Read more
This is my third and final experience at this location. I ordered boneless buffalo wings, I tried one wing it didn’t taste... like buffalo in the slightest, they were so dark (the same color as the BBQ wings I ordered) whether it be from being overcookedor old grease I’m not sure. I called and had the wings refunded, I started eating my fries which is now all I have for dinnerthey were not cooked all the way through which was the same problem I had the first two times I’ve ordered from this location.The second time I even specifically asked for someone to make sure the fries were all the way done, they couldn’t even dothat. Here is a picture of my salad. If Management is okay with how this salad was made. Then truly the employees and management NEED... redirection... this was not on the waitress...THIS is on the so called cooks and kitchen help. The boneless Chicken in thesalad was two triangular pieces (per the picture) and NOT ONE SINGLE DROP OF SAUCE ON THE CHICKEN, This was supposed to be aBuffalo Chicken Salad. It was anything but. The is the Sorriest Excuse for a Buffalo Chicken Salad I have ever seen. If you aretruly the business you say you are in all of your National Commercials , You WILL NOT let this slide. This is one of the best Buffalo wild wings in the entire country... Especially if you sit at the bar... She definitely knows how... to take care of customers and make any drink you want... The food is amazing the service is spectacular and they are superclean. Warrior mask if you're not at your seat but they're doing things right. The country fried chicken sandwiches and thegrilled chicken sandwiches are to die for... Always hot always correct this kitchen has it going on! Don't waste your money. Service was good, but the chicken was fried so hard it was inedible. This was for 2 sandwiches and... about 20 boneless. It has been a long time since I've had bdubs, and now I remember why. $80 in food down the toilet, plusfood from another restaurant to actually feed everyone. Total disgrace! Read more
