Best Arbys is the St.Charles area. Their manager is always so kind and friendly. I would recommend this Arbys to anyone.
Update: went to the drive thru on 5-19 at 7:43PM. As i waited in line the two cars ahead of me were served. As i pulled up to... the speaker at 7:48PM i was told they were closed and would not take my order. Their window states they are open until 8pm. The internet says they are open until 10pm. Well by 7:51 they had killed their lights in order to refuse a veteran servicebecause they wanted to leave. This place is usually great, but they need to stick to their posted hours for sure! We ordered food from the drive thru, it was brought out fairly fast. I got it home and my entire order was wrong. My Husband... went back and complained. When He brought it home the sandwich was still wrong. I called and talked to the manager he wasvery apologetic, but I will not be going back. Read more
We went to Arby's tonight for dinner. We have always gone to Arby's because we enjoyed the potato cakes so much. Much to our... surprise, they have discontinued the potato cakes. This is the best Arby's I've ever been too. The food is always perfect (no soggy nastiness here) and the gentleman who works the... drive thru at night (the red headed man) is very sweet and friendly.
