Ordered broccoli beef today and it is literally BROCCOLI and beef, I have 8-9 SMALL prices of beef in my whole large entrée... and the broccoli is undercooked and raw. Read more
One ? is too much. This has got to be the most poorly managed Panda ever. Panda corporate needs to check-in and give them some... training on how to prepare and serve their product! I've tried to give them benefit of the doubt several times and just can't doit anymore. Dining room is never open. They're always out of certain dishes. Ordered broccoli beef and broccoli was completelyraw, cold and had zero sauce on it (At least throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds). They didn't put soy sauce in the bag butput a out 20 packs of sweet/sour in there ????. The manager tells them not to prepare food after certain time to try and cutcorners. The list of failures go on and on. The only brighter side is that, at least the kids working there seem to be trying todo the best they can with what they've got. Read more
It?s very difficult for me to make this a 1 star when I?d rather give them 0. This could be a misunderstanding but from my point... of view the hours of operation state ?open until 9pm?. If that is accurate then food should still be served. I?ve come here at8:30 and I can understand that you are closing up. But 7:45?? If you plan to close up shop at 9pm then just say your hours ofoperation are until 8pm to not further confuse people Read more
