Ordered online for a delivery. It was made and delivered really quickly, I?d be surprised if it even took 20 minutes. I don?t... expect too much when I get delivery, but it was super fresh and hot! I placed an order over the phone to this Domino?s and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant. I showed up around 8pm and the team... that was working tonight was great. Everyone seemed like they were actually happy to be there and were very friendly. The foodwe got was also good too. Read more
I ordered dinner tonight from this location , over there website. We left instructions to " ring the doorbell and leave the... order ". Sounds easy , nope drop and run. Ok what ever no biggie. Paid for extra mushrooms , no extra mushrooms. Changed $4 forsaid mushrooms. Pizza 2 - BBQ chicken pizza , yummy. Would have been awesome if they didn't use full tender loins and cut it toI don't know pizza toppings. Here is a idea cut your pizza to specks, my random 6 slice ( large ) looks sloppy compared to the ,normal 8 slice the mushroom got or the sloppy inconsistent treatment the pepperoni and olive got. I have been trying to get arefund all night but they will not answer there phone. Read more
This franchise location seems to be experiencing difficulty. Unable to maintain consistent quality, cold food, not cut through,... minimal toppings. Watching on line we could see the pizza sat for about 15 minutes before it hit the delivery car. Arrived cold.Might have to try someplace else. Read more
Would give zero stars but this will not allow us to post unless we give at least 1 star.....This was the first time We ordered... from the new Domino's in Eagle Point and the first time We placed a food order on line. First, having to wait until check out tosee the total and to find out there is a delivery charge is frustrating, you should be able to see your total as it accumulates. Next we used the tracker, this allowed us to observe in real time when our order was received, when it was being prepped andbaked and when the driver has left the store to deliver it. Our food left for deliver at 5:53 PM. The driver arrived at ourhome, less than 1 mile with either route you take, at 6:23 PM. It took 30 MINUTES. The explanation was because he had otherdeliveries to make. I understand other people ordered, requested and paid for delivery, I'm sure they wouldn't want their foodto be sitting in the car for 30 minutes prior to delivery either. We would have gladly waited the longer time if they had beenpreparing our order while the other delivery was being made. There is no mention on the website about multiple delivery'sbeing done with each order, that your food could possibly be sitting in their warming bags for 30 or more minutes. Our pizzawas somewhat warm, the crust tasted like the box it came in, Ordered a bacon pizza, We believe was Canadian bacon, though we arenot sure if it were that or pork bacon. Called the store, the manager was rude. He asked what we expected him to do. Toldhim we got food that was sitting in a car for 30 minutes, Was then told we can have a credit for our next order or he couldvoid our payment. We stated there would not be a next order so the voided payment option would be appreciated. He didn't wantto hear what we thought about the food because he disconnected the call once he got our choice of voided payment. Overall, nota good experience at all. This place has it going for them. Super friendly staff and willing to help you even if you are just sitting in your car waiting... for your pizza to get done ????????. The pizza is one of the freshest I have ever tasted for a chain restaurant. The the breadsticks are light and fluffy with a soft snap of the crust when you bite into it. With just the right amount of butter andparmesan cheese sprinkled on top. You can go wrong with good food and friendly service with the new Domino's Pizza in EaglePoint. Love how bright and clean the restaurant is! Fast service, inexpensive and delicious. The parmesan breadsticks with marinara... or garlic butter are absolutely amazing as a meal or a side dish. The Brookyln crust is yeasty, like old fashioned pizza andmakes the veggies on deluxe actually taste like fresh veggies. Blind fold a friend, give them a slice and ask them where it'sfrom. Then laugh when they don't know cuz they're gonna end up hooked on Dominos. Who knew they made a comeback? Packed withflavor. Love the hotspots. Good pizza, and chicken... good prices, they deliver quickly. Had an incident with my last order, but they made it right today.... That's why only 4 stars. We'll be back in the future, and hopefully they improve. Read more
