This Starbucks is extremely slow? if you want to get a coffee before going to work show up an hour before so you can get to work... on time. I would recommend walking in because you?re going to get your drink faster than going through the drive-throughcurrently been in the drive-through line for 40 minutes and counting!!! Also I always order a Java chip and I have to ask forthem to blend it with extra ice because it?s so watery, they don?t even have half of their ingredients in stock so you can?torder certain refreshers like dragon fruit etc. Employees are super nice tho? I keep seeing comments about this ?amazing? staff, I have yet to encounter them. Every morning I go I get bad service and even... it all feels pressured. I have worked at Starbucks and my husband is currently working at Starbucks, different location way upnorth. I keep wanting to give them a chance and keep telling myself may be new people, may be busy (when they literally justhave 2 cars). Today was my last straw. Monotoned welcome and horrible service, always putting us on hold? I know that system cantake more than one order at a time. It is usually very surprising to have these types of people always at the window. Sad to seefellow partners be this way towards the customers. It is the experience that matters. Read more
Wonderful staff. I had traveled into Eagle Pass for my Kitty's surgery and Tino, a great Starbucks representative noticed me in... the parking lot before I came in - he extended kindness in asking if I was OK and was very kind. Needless to say I was cryingwishing the best for the surgery. Thank you so much for being there - best Starbucks ever! Read more
I had to take our daughter in and skip the drive through because she was getting fussy in the truck. At checkout, I was told... that they were out of drink trays. A young man got up from his table, assuming he was on break (I think it was the manager) andhelped me take my drinks out to the truck while I carried by daughter in the carseat. Excellent customer service, he asked abouthonest feedback to the store and I mentioned the drive through can be slow at times, but it's a known issue they are attemptingto address with training. My In Laws have a Ranch in Eagle Pass. We love visiting every Thanksgiving holiday. I was so excited to see a Starbucks here. I... went 4 days out of 6. Please give this staff a break. This is new to a lot of them. They are trying hard to please all of us. Iloved the staff, super friendly and got my drinks and they were great. Thank you Eagle Pass for bringing my favorite Coffee toyour beautiful town. Now build a bigger HEB!!! Read more
Amazing staff. Those who are saying the service is slow should also take into consideration that the Starbucks is relatively... new. Staff was amazing. I was a klutz and my drink fell off the couch seat while I sanitizing my table. I was given a new drink,free of charge! They also cleaned up my mess with no issues. I will be coming here again for sure! Very clean and niceenvironment. Read more
