DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a pizza for pick up Once I got home I realized it was undercooked Called and... they said to go ?back for a replacement and keep the old pizza? Once arrived they said ? we told you to bring the old pizza ifyou want a replacement ? No one apologized in fact I got back lash from PETE and IRMA Not considering that they made me drivethere 3 times 1 pick up 2 for the replacement they didn?t give 3 to finally exchange pizzas PETE BASICALLY TOLD ME ITS MY FAULTFOR THEIR MISTAKE ONCE I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THEM DRAGGING ME BACK AND FORTH AND NOT HONORING THEIR WORD $36.30 for anundercooked pizza, waste of gas and to get disrespected by a staff who can?t even so their jobs right. Now this is really one of the oldest restaurants in Eagle Pass still in operation. I have been coming here since I was a kid and... they even have the same waitress, of course among many new ladies that help out there. But the ambiance is still tops, still agreat place for gathering families, still a good place to watch the games on NFL+, ESPN, Starz+, you name it!. Plus they havegreat WiFi to work your magic. Let us not forget about the food, which is awesome, ???????????? is out if the park as indelicious, ????????????, top honors, ???????? still very good they ditched the salad bar for COVID-19 reasons. New items on thmenu, still same great taste. You really need to come and check them out!. Read more
The pizza was hot...but I ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza and there was hardly any pepperoni on it. A little disappointing... considering it costs more than the normal pepperoni one. Read more
I Love Pizza Hut, they go above and beyond on the food they have and my favorite is the traditional hot wings. Burning hot. I... love how they have a big variety of flavors to choose from and the food doesn't look like it's just been warmed up in themicrowave and of some places, no names! The food is always hot. It literally burns to hold on your lap and the quality never drops. I will say there is a fair bit of... grease but overall I can't complain. The staff is great, the time it takes is also great, and the food is awesome. ???? Read more
Oh my the staff is amazing. I place an order for a small pizza (unknowingly) and when I arrive my pizza was exchanged for a... large. The small and the large pizzas are the same price. The manager really cares about the customers. Yes, I was greet uponarrival. Thanks ???? Read more
Those of us that were lucky to have Pizza Hut growing up in the 80s and 90s know that it was great tasting. They had buffet with... salad bar and they had an arcade and claw crane with stuffed animals. I chose this location for one of my birthday celebrationsduring my teens. I even remember that they gave a free personal pan pizza when I was in elementary/grade school if you got honor roll. Good Times. The Pizza Hut that some of us remember isn't what it is now. The arcade no longer exists, the seating hasbeen replaced with cheaper looking tables that certainly give it a pizza parlor type look, but no longer resembles what it was.It had a nicer ambiance before. The pizza itself no longer tastes like it used to. The ingredients appear to be of lesserquality. Thankfully the building itself still has the old look and hopefully they keep it instead of updating it to that newmodern/sterile look that other fast food places continue to adopt. The service is a little slow, but usually attentive. It istill one of the pricier food chain pizza places. It's still one of the better choices for a town that has no true pizzeria. Read more
