Service couldn't be slower. Staff is not polite whatsoever. First time I walked in, staff just looked at me and did not... acknowledge. I waited a few minutes, then I decided to ask if I can sit anywhere. The lady responded with a yes. I sat down,took them over 5 minutes to come ask me what I wanted to drink. Mind you, the restaurant was about a quarter full. After a whilethey bring my drink and I ordered an omelete. Eggs were overcooked and dry, felt like I was eating a tortilla. Forced myself toeat half and no more. The only good thing was the coffee, but was very difficult to get the attention of staff to get refills soI was only able to drink two cups in the hour that I was there. When it came time to pay, it was another long waiting periodbefore I could get the waitress to come to my table. I waited at least 15 minutes before she turned to my table and finally cameover. Went to have breakfast with my husband and my uncle. Place looked busy but still had many empty tables and booths. Young... waitresses that were back & forth, keeping up with the tables. Food was horrible...cold...I could have used my 3-egg over mediumas a Frisbee! The orange juice was watered down...Tang would have been better! It took over 20 minutes just to pay the bill. I usually like Huddle House but the service is just bad. Mashed potatoes were cold, okra was no where near cooked through, AND... our orders were brought out one by one...about 10/15 min apart. They need to hire new competent staff. Read more
I have already an hour and 26 minutes waiting for my order of waffles. Totally bad service from this girls. Waiter was nice but... not efficient at all. Ppl and hour and a half and a bunch of excuses to bring my food. When I first stepped in no one even saidgood morning or seat in us.
