The chicken at this location is dry and land and cold and overcooked. The service is horrible. The female manager I suppose is... not friendly whatsoever drive through it you have to scream out to get a service and she kind of still weights and I?ve advisedher to give me specials as she doesn?t really want to. She says it in about over talking and asks if it?s a family or if it?s anindividual kind of meal that you?re looking for. No chicken when i got there at 6pm
No Melon Lime... and Customer Service Wasn't That Good... Lost A Customer...
I called and asked if they got spicy chicken and the lady that answered 9/23 at 8:50 on said yes..... So I go order the chicken... and when I get to the window she says that there is no spicy chicken ... So before I went off on her for making me drive to thestore and not having what she told me they did have j just left angry .....this is why people think fast food restaurant workersare dumb ,.. they can't seem to get the most simplest task done right Read more
Service is good but their web site say they are open 1030am-1000pm but I have seen that they will lock the doors at 7or8pm????
Don't go near closing time. Went at 930pm, a full 30 minutes before closing. Ordered a 12 piece tender meal. Sides were very... good. The tenders, while they did give me more than I ordered (16), were not even close to warm. They were room temperature atbest. Since they were cold, they were very hard and rubbery. Very disappointed.
