We are from out of town and our experience was not good. The cole slaw was spoiled, the girl at register was loud and... unprofessional. We asked for ONE packet of ketchup and she told my dad "We charge for extra ketchup. I gave you a handfulearlier. It's 4 per customer." When my dad told her his hanr is big and only had 4, she then told my dad "We have it on camera.I can show you. " UNNECESSARY and she could have been nice and said we charge for ketchup but I'll give you 1 this time. That'sall he wanted. And false advertisement on their 2 piece feast. It states with "reg classic side." I asked for mashed potatoesand the same girl continued to say loudly it comes with fries. Never coming back here again! I do not recommend this place. Read more
FRANCHISE::: Photos speak for themselves...refunds SAME DAY ONLY....Entire order MUST BE COMPLETE THE WAY YOUR RECEIVED IT or NO... REFUNDS....HAVE YOUR RECEIPT!!! Young male employee extremely rude and disrespectful with myself and my parents. This place isa franchise so don't expect any refunds!!! Made a complaint with Corporate and no help on our $30 order. Chicken was dry,leathery, over heated under lamp...the biskets were greasy, hard, burnt. The chicken tasted like dirty old cooking oil. Was very disappointed today. Saw that they have peach cobler for sale. Purchased it happy to dig in only to be upset that it is... peaches spread on top of a biscuit. False advertising at it?s best. Do not recommend at all. Read more
They completely ran out of dark chicken, how do you manage a Church's Chicken and not have any dark chicken on the 4th of July.... The manager was absolutely horrendous too when she screamed at me. Read more
We decided to eat at Church's before going to Kickapoo. I felt terrible for the only employee there. He was making an apple pie,... handling the 2 ladies in front of us and the drive thru. We were patient and waited. The food was good but there were no strawsfor our drinks, but the employee,Chris, went to the back to get some. They literally had only 2 sauces to pick from for mytenders. They had ran out of Coke and an other soda too. All tables were dirty. We stayed and ate told Chris to hang in therewhen he brought our trays. I hope things get better for this location. There is nothing to eat, but Church's once you exit andturn left to get to Kickapoo. This is establishment could be more profitable if it was maintained better. Read more
They had no bread to make chicken sandwiches. They had no coke. They had no chicken, was going to be a 10 minute wait, which... turned out to be almost if not so 20 minutes. We ordered a sprite, diet coke and Dr pepper. She put the drinks in a carrierwithout marking them. So we are having to guess. Turned out she did both Dr Pepper. So we ask for the diet coke. Turns out theydidn't have diet coke either. Will never return to that store again Read more
