Servers are quick efficient and helpful. Food is good.
I waited line for 20 min waiting to place my order. Workers kept walking past my car and taking other orders around me. One... waited saw me wave and kept walking. So I honked at him. I called to see a manager. Boy answers the phone and ask which car I'min. When I tell him he says oh. Manager comes out 5 min later. Ask me what I needed. She tells me the reason the boy didn'trespond to me was because I honked my horn at him. Manager was rude. Did not offer an apology for the poor service. Asked ifI got my food. I said no because no one has taken my order. I have sat in this kine for 20 min and they keep walking around me. Her response well do you want to order. I asked for corporate managers number. She said well we don't have a number. Veryunprofessional employees and Manager is even worse. Eagle pass, texas Buschs chicken worst place ever. Read more

I always order the medium buffalo fries and so when I got home I got the small size box when I paid $34 dollars and some change... for 1 large box and another medium box along with some other items so I'm pretty dissappointed to find out that i got a smallbox. Read more

Overall buffalo fries were good, everything was good but the tea, usually I never have an issue so ordered a gallon of tea to... take home. And for some reason was thick with a consistency with a slimy consistency, thought it was just to much sugar but itwas bad tea, bacteria as I got sore throat after trying. Just check your tea, otherwise great chicken tenders and rolls. Read more
