Terrible Service by the employees I ask her for a pancake me up and she said the pancakes by them self and I kept saying get me... a pancake meal but she didn?t so she finally put some thing and she put everything separate so I ended up paying more than I hadto terrible customer service no butter or syrup or utensils!!!6.57!!!! This is the worst burger king experience... Place is so dirt, machines broken, personnel wasting time... Its a shame
Tables are always covered in crumbs, fries are never hot, and after Texas has gone without mandating masks for almost a year... they decided to start refusing service if you don't have a mask and won't provide one. The employee was not professional aboutit either. Read more
Someone isn't always at the first window to charge customers today I saw someone, I stopped, the person was hunched down,... didn't even get up to acknowledge me nor tell me he needed a moment so I drove up to the second window only to be told that Ineeded to back up to the 1st window to be charged. I was not going to back up, I was afraid someone would drive up and get hitand the window clerk said they were not allowed to take my card to the other window to charge my order. Since they were nothelpful at all, I canceled my order. Very bad customer service. People need retraining. Read more
Food was good. The facility was in great condition. My only issue is when ordering a combo. They offer you Medium or Large. ... Is small not an option anymore? They are pushing the upcharge as if normal doesn't even exist. Any sales techniques based upondeception pisses me off. Read more
Fine location for quality Cheap food. One of the best spots of its kind in the area. Service is consistently great. Prices were... fair for the quality of the food. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked. Read more
