The slowest service I have ever received at a restaurant. You?ll sit in the drive through line for 45 minutes or more with a... line that wraps all the way around the building out to the street and this is a typical everyday occurrence with this store.Absolutely unacceptable. Read more
I ordered a $9+ meal, the biscuits were rock hard and the portions were meager. We contacted the supervisor and she brushed it... off with an "oh well". Her name was Annie, do not recommend DQ when she is working. You will not have a pleasing experience. Read more
Hardly any smiles or "Welcome" or "Thank you" from 96% of the staff. The food is good mostly because it is only one of the few... fast food restaurants nearby. The staff need training in simple customer service. As someone who has worked in fast food andretail I understand some customers can be difficult but NOT ALL CUSTOMERS ARE LIKE THAT.
