I placed and PAID for an online order 02/12/22. When I got to the restaurant the doors were locked (11:45am) and the employee... said that they will NOT open the doors for me OR make my order because they were busy with a larger online order. I asked for mymoney back and they refused. I had to GO BACK that day at 4pm (when the doors were unlocked) and ask for my money back.
