Overpriced for how small the salads and sandwiches are. The turkey pesto sandwich was decent tasting but very small. The Asian... chicken salad had almost no chicken and was just a few pieces of lettuce thrown together with mediocre tasting dressing. Onlyredeeming part was the quality of the bread on the sandwich. The workers were not very friendly. They did not know what you had, charged me, then told me they were out of what I ordered,... and did not refund me, but made me choose something else instead. They were also very slow even though I was the only one there, and i could hear them talking in the back. Read more

They messed up on my whole order. Asked for Avacodo on my sandwich they forgot the Avacodo. And asked for tomato soup and gave... me a completely different soup. Didn?t realize until I was home 20 mins away :( Read more

Two stars because the food is pretty good. We really just go for the cinnamon rolls. Everything is wrapped and ready grab and... go, but we wanted to stay and eat on the patio. I asked for ?four cinnamon rolls on plates and could you please heat them up alittle?? She comes back with four rolls stacked up- not on plates and not heated. I asked again. She came back with four lukewarm rolls in a large box. I said, ? oh we were wanting to eat those here, could I have four plates?? ?We don?t have anyplates.? ?Ok. So what do people use when they want to eat here?? She points at the giant box in my hand. I then look aroundand see other people eating sandwiches off trays. ?Could I have 4 of those? That would work great.? She goes and grabs themlike it was a crazy request. To top it off, we paid I don?t know how much for two watery ?hot chocolates? made with SwissMiss. All in all, seem food is decent/good, but they are definitely set up for take out, not a very nice dine-in experience. OHand don?t be fooled by the ?and cafe? part. They only serve drip coffee. We arrived there on June 22nd and asked for sandwiches. The young man and lady behind the counter looked like they didn't know... what they were doing as if it was thier first day on the job. Long story short, my son got his sandwich with this bug, an aphidinside the sandwich box and clinging to the lettuce. The aphid was moving and was desperately trying to get out of the box.Aphids feed on lettuce so maybe a quick wash with water would've gotten rid of the bug in the lettuce before using it in asandwich? Now aphids are harmless to humans but who wants to eat this bug with an overpriced sandwich from The Great Harvest inEagle? Not us, so we will never be back to the Great Harvest in Eagle any time soon! P.S: Read the owner's response as a ccproof of how poor this business is run. The logo of the shop is clear as day in the photo. Me. Owner, you can make it up byrunning your business better, until then I wouldn't patronize this business. Read more

I had the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had at any restaurant. My friends had chicken salad sandwiches on the... thinnest, dry looking I suppose multigrain bread that didn't even hold the chicken salad on it. I think I must have caught themoff guard asking for a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato on it because the sandwich that showed up on my plate was as flat asa pancake and looked and tasted like it came out of one of those late night tv sandwich smashers. The place is supposed to bea bakery so I expected really good bread. It's one of these places where I think you just go in sit forever, and nurse a cup ofcoffee, with your millennial friends and read your phones together. It has a fairly small seating capacity inside and thebenches along the wall at the tables are very narrow and uncomfortable. Read more

Great Harvest has been around forever and is usually amazing! The different types of bread and specialty delights are great. We... stopped in and grabbed some lunch. The soup was really good. The half sandwich was turkey avocado. The inside of the sandwichwas so good. The bread however was doughy. I thought that was strange. I just pulled the bread off. We got some loaded potatobread, pumpkin cake, and a chocolate o roll. It was like a pumpkin rolls with raspberry cream cheese filling. I'm wondering ifthere was something going on for that days bread. The potato bread was so doughy inside we had to throw it away. The chocolate oroll was in the freezer When we got it home and thawed it was like cutting through saw dust. It just fell apart and was so dry.The pumpkin cake was also very dry. We have never encountered this at Great Harvest. Maybe just a bad bread day. We will stillgo back as normally things are good. Read more
