This happened about a week ago but it?s stuck in my mind. This place is great! The food is always fresh and everyone is always... so nice and friendly. With customer service being so poor these days these guys really stand out from the crowd! I was in thedrive through and it usually takes a little longer than fast food and that?s ok because this is good food fast, it takes alittle longer and I?m ok with that! The store felt they could have gone faster so they took it upon their selves to apologizefor the wait and gave me a few free meal coupons. I couldn?t believe this honestly. What stand up guys! They felt like there wasa problem so they fixed it. They didn?t wait for anyone to say something even though I don?t think anyone was mad. This place has great frozen custard desserts. Their burgers are oddly paper thin and crispy but it something I've come to... enjoy! Their fries are not my favorite so I get onion rings or cheese curds instead. I love the Hawaiian delight if I'mdriving home and can't wait, I have it as a concrete. If I'm having g real dessert I'll have it as a sundae. For the holidaysthey have a chocolate oreo peppermint, yum! Read more

I had a bad experience and was gifted a coupon for a free meal. I asked to up size to a large combo and pay the difference.... Instead of asking for help the cashier told me that I couldn't upsize to a large. It's 2022 .. The associate could've asked amanager but elected not to. I'd advise more training. Clean restaurant, Great service, Excellent burgers and the BEST Custard/Ice Cream I've ever eaten and I've eaten a great deal of... different brands of ice cream. The fries are good, My personal preference, I'm not fond of thin fries. The hamburger was tasty,flavorful, fresh flavorful tomatoes, grilled onions had a lot of flavor as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. Also, I'mgluten free (gluten makes me quite ill) they offer lettuce wrap instead of a bun, my personal preference. Read more

Update as of 01.15.2022. First time back since the last visit below. Time on my receipt was 1:56. It is now 2:33. I just... received my to-go order. 37 minutes waiting inside the restaurant for one cheeseburger and one order of cheese fries. This is alonger ticket time than your average restaurant. Ordered large cheese fries. Received soggy fries with about a tablespoon ofcheese in the middle. Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal plain. Received a cheeseburger with onion, tomato and lettuce. And nofries came in the bag. Now I am making my son dinner. Ordered their California burger combo with no onion. Got a gigantic sliceof white onion. Also did not receive the drink. I know it is hot out, and I am sure they are busy. But I spend my hard earnedmoney on this food. I understand a mistake here and there, but c?mon.
