I got a tiny portion of food, compared to what it used to be. Food was cold when I got it. Got a strip of fat in my brisket. And... found a bone fragment in my food. I I don't suggest this place, It's horrible compared to what it used to be. Read more
Worst Dickey's in the valley.. Had Brisket, wasn't sliced, was chunks. Had almost no flavor and very tiny smoke ring. Luckily... Salt and Pepper on the table helped. Green Beans had ZERO Bacon in them. Thankfully the Iced Tea was Tasty and Fresh, that gotthe One Star. We were there about 12:15 PM place was empty, that should have been our sign. The food was good, however, when I returned to the restaurant because they had missed one of the items that I had ordered, the... doors were locked. I called their number and got an answer, but then was called a liar because they said that they had given me3 baked potatoes, as the order indicated, but I had ordered 4, and there were 4 on my receipt. They had torn their copy of theorder and not given me all of my items. They kept insisting that there were only 3 on the order and threatened to call thepolice on me several times. Even after showing them on their own copy of the order, that there were indeed 4 potatoes ordered,I was told too bad. They only had the three and were closed so I couldn't get the rest of my order. The owner was even up inmy face about it. I demanded a refund of the price of the food and the $20+ tip I had added and was told that since I added thetip after the original order was placed I couldn't get it back and would just have to refer to my card statement to verify therefund for the food. I have been to every Dickies in the valley and have always been more than satisfied, even previously at this location, however... today was horrible. The gentlemen working the counter did not greet us coming in and hardly spoke to me during the wholetransaction. Typically wouldn't bug me all to much but then I get my food, the 3 meat combo and the portions are visibly way tosmall. Typically this meal fills me up but I left hungry and irritated that I payed 20 dollars for 3 small slices of chicken andwhat would likely equate to a single portion of brisket. Ordered online, 2 for $25, curbside pick-up. We were on time, after waiting over 5 minutes, we went inside. When I said I did... an on-line order, they checked a computer, and then began our order. Not only was it not ready, they had not started. Thefries were fresh since it was just fried. :) The portions were small, the baked potato casserole looked like mashed potatoeswith cheese on top (which had an after-taste like moldy cheese does); the baked beans looked and tasted like Campbell's bean;the cole slaw was good; the dinner rolls seemed like factory micro-bread squares. First time placing an order. We did the 2 for $24 and we only received one meat for each order. My daughter didn?t get her side.... Wharf we did get was good but would?ve been nice to get what I paid for. Probably won?t order from there again. Read more

The pulled pork is amazing! Mac n cheese is good. I love the 2 meat plate. I always get double pulled pork :D I saw they have... different loaded potatoes now! That's super cool. They didn't have waffle fries and I was a little bummed about that, but thehand cut were really good. Read more
