Had a few Fabulous fire cracker roll today substituted with salmon. It was delicious. Great service very clean great fish.

First off, I'm not the most discriminating when it comes to sushi but I can taste the difference between quite high-end/fresh... fish and grocery store takeout. Ahi is much closer to the former than the latter, and closer than I'd expect for small townIdaho! The service has also been above norm each time we've gone. Nice place, great sushi & sashimi .. very convenient distance from our house

My husband and I stopped here on a Sunday evening. It was a little busy but we were pleased to get a spot at the bar. Our server... was very attentive and friendly and checked in on us frequently. The service was so slow tonight ... Fresh and yummy but annoyingly slow service. Sashimi was a bit skimpy. Fresh & delicious... sushi. Melt in your mouth perfect! Absolutely heavenly ... Not as much variety as a NYC sushi joint but absolutely enough tohave an excellent meal .. the sushi was cut very well, portions we're good; we ended up eating enough to be full and reallyenjoying ourselves. I have not been in this establisment for a while, but one thing I notice, the quality has not changed. I can only find the... 'authentic' agedashi tofu in here. No where else in the valley they put the bonito shavings on the dish. Besides the bonitoshavings, the consistency of the fried tofu was perfection. It was a bite size cut (not too large) with the perfect crunchiness.The broth is just the perfect icing on top. It is not salty, so when you 'fish' for that bonito shaving in the sauce, my mouthis doing a super happy dance ????. The sushi selection is not extensive, but I tell you what... the quality of the product isUNBELIEVABLE. The rice was so tender. The roll is not large in diameter, so it is really a bite size roll, just perfect! The eelwas so tender and seasoned perfectly. That was a superb Caterpillar roll ????. The catepillar roll was so good, I've decided totry the eel handroll. I almost dipped it to the soy sauce, good thing I didn't make that mistake (though I'm happy they providethe less sodium kind).
