We love to try to support local restaurants, especially because the food choices here in Eagle can be very limited, but enough... is enough with Pazzos. Picture says it all?meatball sub was just terrible and fries were basically so underdone to be limp/lifeless/ sad/ inedible mush. Caesar dressing was also watered down with no flavor. Great service! Will/Elliott at the Eagle location, made it a great experience for our group! Love the customer service! Had... tossed crust a little thin and a couple holes occurred and the wonderful service of making it right without even asking andproviding an extra pizza! Good flavor with the Garlic Cheese Bread & Pizza. I just wished the bottom of the pizza wasn't so thin. The pizza had a lot of... toppings but the bottom wasn't able to support it. Bartender was nice & helpful. Read more
After 10 hours on I70, we were calling it a day. We tripped over this pizzeria by accident and decided this give it a try. Best... decision in a long time. When it is my first time at a restaurant I usually go with the recommendation of a good waitperson,this waitress was great! Her recommendation was the Aztec Pizza. This pizza features jalapenos, fresh tomatoes, garlic,pepperoni, and a perfect chewy pizza crust. I thought I had died and gone to Latino heaven. Every time I travel down I70 we willbe stopping here. When visiting my aunt in Eagle, Colorado last week, we stopped to grab some take out pizza. Located in a strip mall right off of... I-70, Pazzo's has very easy access even for passersby. We ordered a couple of beers while we waited at the bar area. The staffthat we encountered were very pleasant and gave my aunt a 10% locals' discount. We ordered a pizza called "The Cabo", toppedwith garlic shrimp, pineapple and jalapenos. If you can get behind all of those ingredients, it was excellent! If that soundstoo wild, try a more traditional pie. Read more
