One of the worst delivery experiences I?ve ever had. Tipped 20% and homeboy just decided he would leave it with some stranger.... This whole location needs to be thrown away. Read more

Placed an order for a pizza, everything correct, cooked right, and delivered quickly except the wings ended up being poppers.... Called and the manager was immediately snappy and hostile. He did offer to get the wings sent out, I offered to just pick themup and he countered with calling the police if I came. I don't get it. I've worked food service for years, and have years ofmanagement under my belt. I get bad days, but the immediate hostility and then threats over pizza? Chill not everyone is here toattack you even if there are a lot of gross/Karen customers. Read more

Pizza was awful, worst I have ever eaten (one bite). The crust was literally wet. Not sure if it was undercooked or bad dough... but the crust was slimy. Waste of $20. Read more

Called and placed an order as well as paid by card over the phone. Wait time for delivery is 35 min. When it's 40 min they call... and tell me that no one wants to make the delivery, that I've already paid for. He said we'll I guess I can ask door dash tobring it, but idk when that will be. Mind you the store is now closed, can't even get through to ask about the pizza. Horriblecustomer service! Read more

Customer Care is Out the Window in This Place. Once upon a time, customer care used to matter here. But not anymore. No more... because, some customers treat the staff here like garbage and take advantage of them. Those individuals who are trash, treatingthe staff here like trash causes a chain reaction towards those customers who possess good intentions. The legitimate staff andcustomers are what makes any business stand out from the rest. To accomplish high standard goals, every company should create a"Black List" (Just as Certain Businesses Have For Stolen Electronics) to weed out the idiots and provide no service to any ofthem until they go back through kindergarten and learn the meaning of moral values (Primarily Respect). Focus on adding theaddresses, phone numbers and names to this black list of idiots. Of course I'm aware of the changes in all these additions. But one major thing that usually remains the same is the consistency of what the order is. So yes, black list their consistentorder to identify the idiots on the black list to refuse service. If %95 of the order matches the black list, than it must betrue it's them. Good customers are what keeps the staff moving positively throughout their work shift. Now the only questionleft is... Is corporate in it for the customer or in it for greed (Monopolized)? Read more

Well I get they were busy, but it took a 2 hour to get our pizzas, but we ordered 5 larges and 2 gluten frees, they did not... even cut our pizzas, and messed up 1 gluten free and a large pizza, so we call but no answer, so after 3 times calling we wentto papa John's store, the Manger look at me and said we just put the sticker on the wrong box, I was like what, so I don't knowwhat a gluten free pizza looks like. I had to take my time from my family during dinner time , because papa John's miss made mypizzas , and I'm trying to scam you out of a pep and pine large and gluten free meat, are you kidding me, they were very rude, . I will never order from them again, I deleted there app Read more

Good pizza, hot and tasty. The delivery window was 40-50 minutes and it arrived in about 30, a very pleasant surprise. The... delivery driver was polite and friendly. If you enjoy simple/classic pizza, I recommend. Read more
