If you order online be prepared to wait. 1 ham sandwich, ordered online. After waiting for 25 mins and watching countless... other customers walk in, place an order, get their food and leave I have to ask I'd they have my order. They had it wrapped,sitting on the cutting board for who knows how long just getting soggy. Finally bag it and put it on the pick up shelf onlyafter having to cut in line to ask an employee. Did a mobile order tonight from their app. Head over there only to get to the store and find it closed. This was 40 minutes... before the store is scheduled to close. Went out of my way to this location. It's one thing to close early, but another forthe app to show it as open and accepting orders. Waste of my time and gas. UPDATE: Not exactly sure why Jimmy John's asked meto waste my time and share my feedback. Eventually the operator from the store reached out (2 weeks after) with some excusesand blaming corporate for the problem. I disagree with the excuses that corporate ties their hands because frankly, I saw otherlocations at the exact same time who showed right in the mobile app that they were not taking mobile orders. This storeaccepted my order only for me to waste my time and drive over there to find it closed. Operator refuses to admit they messedup. This location is poorly run and overall has just soured my whole impression of Jimmy John's now. Read more
I must admit I ordered a number eight and it was the best damn sandwich I've had in a long time and I told them so. There's some... great kids in there and overseeing mothers and the guy cleaning up did a great job too.. kept an eye on me that's for sure. Read more
Slowest JJ delivery I?ve ever experienced. One sandwich consistently takes over 40 minutes to be delivered less than 2 miles... away. They need to work on close proximity deliveries. Read more

Per Jimmy John's standards my order was made fast and tasted delicious. I ordered the #16 Club Lulu, add cheese, no tomatoes,... extra mayo, and sauce. Made it a meal with a drink and the Salt and Vinegar chips?best S&V chips I've ever had. Jimmy's is myfavorite sandwich chain. That said, the place was clean but the restrooms needed some attention. And despite it being a sunnyday, the shade umbrellas were closed so I had to open one myself. 4/5 stars for a good experience that could have been betterwith some extra attention to detail by the employees.
