The layout of this store makes zero sense. There were two lines leading to the one guy doing checkout, and neither could see the... other, and to boot the cashier seemed to pick people at random to check out. Seemed very lazy and uninterested in providing agood experience. I will avoid this one unless necessary ?? Read more
Horrible customer service !! 6 people in line 3 registers 3 employees behind the counter 1 register open. 1 employee working... while the other 2 just stood there having a personal conversation not even attempting to help considering they both looked atthe line of CUSTOMER'S and just kept talking. 1 employee was even leaning on a display be hind the counter. I had an extremely long rant written but I will tone it down. The help unfortunately make it look like they're doing you a... favor if they assist you. No smiles here. Also no towels at the pump - any of them. There is another Holiday close by. Theymight be cheerier there. Read more
Attendant was sleeping with her head down at the register, threw drinks around when scanning them rather rudely, and didn't even... offer to give me a receipt. Personally, I'd go to one of the other 5 or so gas stations within a mile or two, much bettercustomer service than here. Read more
