I ordered online for a specific pickup time. Items were not ready and the staff was not helpful. I was told to wait. Fine. ... When staff asked what I was waiting for, they became rude. Drinks were the wrong size. Food order was handed to me incomplete.I will definitely stick with Starbucks for all future coffee and breakfast needs/wants. Read more
I'm shocked that this place is so highly ranked. Many years ago, I stopped at a Dunn Brothers in Minneapolis and my last sip of... coffee was a mouthful of coffee grounds. If that's never happened to you, it's really gross. Because of this, I didn't go backto Dunn Brothers in over 10 years. I'm a Starbuck's girl, but a good friend of mine wanted to go to Dunn Brothers recently, so Iagreed. I ordered a simple iced coffee and was shocked at how bitter it tasted. I only took a few sips and had to throw itaway. I can make much better coffee at home. Read more
Best Coffee shop, hands down! Every employee is lovely and super helpful. They have the greatest light and medium roasts. They... also have great americanos both hot and iced. They have board games you can play while your there. They display art from localartists. They have a great little outdoor space. Their drive-thru is always quick! Felt like having a coffee and a treat before church, so I stopped by here. I ordered a small frappe mocha coffee and a chocolate... Croissant. It was wonderful. I would definitely order both again. The girl behind the counter was friendly. The atmosphere wasnice. They had coffee and cups for sale in there store. It was a cozy little coffee shop. Read more
Sadly, this location almost always gets the order wrong in drive thru. My photo is my original drink, and the remake...both are... wrong btw! I?ve had curdled milk (happens when you overheat it), complete wrong order, forgetting whip, not adding the flavorshot....you name it, it?s always something. I order the same drink and it always taste different. Can?t justify spending thatmuch on a coffee here anymore. I recommend training on making consistent drinks....I?ve managed a coffee shop before, itshouldn?t be that hard. Read more
Unlike Starbucks and Caribou, Dunn still has a manual espresso machine, which gives the barista the control to make a better cup... of coffee. This Dunn is well-staffed and everyone is friendly. The baked goods are superior to most coffee shops. My 2favorites are the chocolate avalanche warmed up, and the espresso brownie bites. Today I tried their ?food? menu for the firsttime. I had the California chicken sandwich, and it was excellent. This Dunn is located in a dense suburban area, so itoccasionally gets busy with families, especially on weekend afternoons.
