Honestly, don?t go here on the weekends. I order here a lot and my coffee is always bad when I order on the weekend for some... reason. On the weekdays it?s perfect and delicious. I usually order a latte and every single time I order on weekends theyeither forget to put in the milk or the sweetener. Very rarely is it as good as it is on the week. So if you?re wanting to orderfrom this Dunkin, trust me and don?t come on the weekend unless you want to take the risk of getting a bad drink. Read more

Tonight while enjoying ice cream, my husband and I witnessed an extremely rude customer through the Dunkin drive thru. She... yelled and spewed hate to the three young workers over a minor mistake they were trying to fix. The three employees did notfault under such pressure and took the proper steps to remedy the situation. My hats off to you three! Read more
Honestly the worst Dunkin you can go to. I'm not sure if they got new employees but I would come regular and I would always see... a different employee who would always get my drink right but now they don't get your order right I ordered a cold brew withsalted caramel foam and when I got my drink it was just a regular sweet foam. I asked them what kind of foam it was bc I didn'torder this and they told me it was the regular. The excuse was that the caramel one wasn't working . The thing that got meannoyed is that they could of told me it was working before I paid and I could of gotten something else . But they didn't theyjust did it behind my back and didn't care to ask. I always see this tall black guys which I think is the lead bc I always seehim there and he's always just looks clueless and doesn't know how to make anything right. Read more
15 plus minutes in the drive thru and there was only 1 vehicle in front of me. As you can see, my order wasn't complete with... the everything bagel seasoning. Also, the cashier couldn't count back change.... I'll stick to my regular visited Dunkin!! Read more

Honestly prob done with this location. Out of the last five times I've been here for picking up a mobile order, it's been messed... up four times. The customer service is meh, but I've had much better at other Dunkin's in Eagan or Lakeville. I'm sure everyonehas off days but it would be nice if they could get the mobile ordering down pat like the very first time I went here monthsago. Read more
