I cannot say enough about this particular Burger King! The new chicken parmesan is back and it's always amazing! I live in... Rosemont and when I heard that it was out I just couldn't wait to get my hands on the sandwich, when I went to the Rosemontlocation they put bacon on. It! Didn't even order that. Not to mention the chicken was cold and the cheese wasn't even meltedbut that's where I live so I gave it a shot. Normally I go to this location in Eagan because every time I go to this locationeverything I get seems to be made freshly. So I have traveled from my home location of Rosemont to Eagan multiple times to getthis sandwich and every time I order it it is hot, fresh and the people that hand it to me always advise me to be carefulbecause it just came off the fryer! That just makes me feel like it's going to be great ! I love Burger King but I always likefinding the Burger Kings that do a great job making things fresh and this location in the different times I've gone theredoesn't matter. It's always fresh regardless if it's a seasonal sandwich or not. I always go to this location even though I livein Rosemont. Nothing works there! I ordered ice cream, guess what?! The machine doesn?t work, I also ordered frozen fanta, guess what? Their... machine also didn?t work! I do not recommend this place to order food. Also, the staff there is very rude specially the?manager.? Read more
We ordered a rodeo burger and received a burger bun and ketchup and mustard. Ketchup and mustard do not come on a rodeo burger.... We called and asked to speak to a manager, they were very rude. We drove all the way back to get it and they would not let usspeak with a manager and again were rude. We received our rodeo burger by the time I got back my onion rings were cold, theywere only half full. I would recommend to literally check each individual sandwich when going to this location. I have been going to this BK for 22 years never had a problem. I will not go back again as 2 of the last 3 times they have been... closed during hours they say on website they are open. Big sign in front doors says drive thru open no one answers drive thrupull up to window people inside but no one comes to window. Almost missed McDonalds breakfast. Won?t happen again. Read more

It was really busy when we got here, but we showed up right at lunch time, so we expected it. Ordered ahead on the mobile app... and our order was ready for us very quickly once we got through the line. Food tasted great, hot and fresh! & The staff was veryfriendly! The only bad thing about the stores they don't have an in-store pickup option, so it's worth noting before you go. Itcertainly was not fine dining, but for what it is it was very good! Tip: Download and order through the app for tworeasons: 1. The drive-thru line goes way faster (for everyone) if you just tell them your order number. 2.
