Went to subway in Eads,Co on Jan 22nd after a basketball game, place was clean the staff Pam,David & Justin were awesome very... friendly, patient & helpful best service ever had at a subway you guys were great especially with my grandsons appreciated it.Keep it up definitely will return hopefully you 3 will be working when do. The service was pretty good and the employees were nice to us, but they were ?out of bread? when we got there. They had some... more out of the oven, but it had to ?cool? for 30 minutes before they could serve it to us. We asked if they could comp thesalads and not up charge for them because they didn?t have other options - no dice. We ended up getting wraps because they?remembered? they had tortillas, but it was terrible planning on the part of a sandwich shop to be out of sandwiches... Thefunny thing was that 20 minutes after we ordered and were eating, the employees were still telling customers they had to wait 30minutes for the bread to ?cool?. Not the greatest experience.
