Update! A few hours later I'm puking from the disgusting food.. I haven't thrown up in 3 years .. I've been in restaurant... management for 10 years.. and what I can say from this subway.. is .. What a terrible depressing experience, every single tablewas dirty and there wasn't a car in the parking lot, disgusting food line, no lids, no ice tea. Everytime I ordered a singlevegetable the workers would interrupt me with "anything else"!? Before I could even say another word.. just trying to rush methrough when there was no one else was here.. also, disgusting cross contamination. Go to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. Read more
I had sandwiches that were missing ingredients and made incorrectly! I called the store and followed what I was told to do by... the employees! I spoke with the manager and she will not call me back or respond to messages i have left to resolve this issue!This is just not acceptable. No respect for customers and no pride in there service! Sign on the door said, 'Online Orders Only' so went back to my car, places the order, after it took my money, that's when I was... informed they didn't have my item for pickup. Tried to call inside since my card had been charged & the girl was NOT HELPFUL,infact, she was RUDE AF & left me without my sandwich & 9.62 taken out of my account. Tried to call their lovely customerservice line which is now digital & absolutely NOONE to speak to on this. They stole 9.62 from me! Do NOT use their app or go tothis location, it's a RIP OFF!! Absolutely ignorant. Got two cold footlongs Because they don't know to warm meat or do anything right for that matter. Also... decided to get an attitude with me because they didn't do THEIR JOB right. Will never be going back there and from the looks ofit neither will most people. Hopefully they get new employees or get shut down. Read more
