I work in the nearby area and I came by to get a slice because I saw their sign. I talked to an employee named Yash who was... really awesome and told me about their deals, he had great customer service and went above and beyond to help introduce me to mynew favorite pizza place! There was one time I went there and there was a woman named Debra who was quite rude and uninterestedas well as kinda snappy with me. So I just left and waited till the next time Yash worked. They never have delivery service. It?s very rare when they can actually deliver your pizza. I placed an order over the phone... simply for a pizza and an appetizer. Get there to pick it up no appetizer sorry our fryers down. I tried to call you but it wentstraight to voicemail. Ordered last night and was thinking still today about how disappointed we were, wanted to share. We ordered an 18" pizza and... got a free 12" cheese with a fundraiser coupon. First off, pizza was sooo thin, barely held up. The toppings on the 18" wereso minimal. Like one piece of meat per slice. Lastly, the pizza was so thin that the outer crust was burnt, I mean burnt blackto the point that the outer edges around the entire pizza were uneatable. Usually have had great food from Rosati's but thistime was extremely disappointing! We usually order from St. John location but we were in Dyer and ordered from there forconvenience.
