We ordered 2 happy meals with apple slices. We got to the window and were told we had an extra pkg of apple slices. We said ok,... and, as usual, we had to wait in line for our order. We took our order home, and instead of 3 pkgs of apple slices, we got 3fries and 1 pkg of apple slices. It would be nice to one time, not have to pull over to wait and have what we actually orderedand paid for. Gone are the good ol' days when people took pride in their work. Read more
I don't usually order the steak bagel for breakfast and haven't had one since they reintroduced them after covid. But my... "steak", I'm almost certain was just a hamburger patty with extra salt on it. Ot did not have the texture or flavor of steak,nothing even close to what it used to be like before.I guess I'll be going back to the egg McMuffin from now on. Read more
The Manager that was on duty 09/24/2022 at 01:03:47 PM, should not be a manager. They were very loudly chastising the employee... that they had on the fry station. They were talking down to them, with no care if customers or fellow employees heard them. Hadmy order not been a mobile order that was handed to me as this was happening I would have walked out and never placed a order inthe first place. I will not be back to this location in Dyer IN. With many fast food and restaurant option next door and acrossfrom this location, I would rather take my money to a business who has managers that treat employees with respect. And to themanager who yelled you have one job to the employee on the fry station, you Also have one job and that is to manage somethingyou clearly know nothing about. Read more
I prefer the McDonald's by my home. Customer service isn't top of their list and needed to go inside because I was charged too... much. 2 happy meals took forever to get. Read more
Very nice location, remodeled and decorated for a back to school event. The deluxe sandwiches were great, farm fresh tomatoes... and lettuce on them. Fries were received HOT from the fryer. Our only problem was finding large unsweetened tea on the app andkiosk, so we ordered at the register and lost our points. Read more
There was a problem with the deals in the app, when you went to pick up the order it came up regular price. The cashier acted... like I was trying to pull a fast one even though they all knew there was a problem with the app. I ended up leaving withoutpurchasing anything, but somehow I was charged for a sauce through the app..... Worst McDonald?s to ever spend YOUR OWN money at. The attitudes are beyond degrading , the people itself ? how do they still... have jobs? You?ll get lucky and go on a good day where crystal is managing . Outside of that HORRIBLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HARDEARNED MONEY N SPEND IT WHERE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.
