Never will go here again! I picked up food and when I got home, I had a hard sandwich with the breading tasting like it was... burnt. Then as I am eating it, I find a piece of hair in it. Very upset. Read more
I went to the Jimmy John's in Dyer, Indiana last week. It was my first time there. And I will never be back. I spent 10 minutes... in the parking lot signing up for the rewards program. I went inside for a to go order. I got a BLT sandwich and a pop. When Iwent to pay the card reader said I didn't have a rewards set up. I was handed my sandwich with no bag and no napkins. I got outto my car and proceeded to open my sandwich which had 3 slices of undercooked bacon stacked on top of each other and only onhalf the sandwich. And there was so much mayonnaise that it squirted out of my sandwich all over. I ordered cheese on it and gotone slice of cheese which was only on the half with the bacon. The other half sandwich was lettuce and mayonnaise. Which I paidjust under 10.00 for. Then I emailed Jimmy Johns to state that I didn't get my rewards and in fact didn't even show up in thesystem. That was 8 days ago. Still no response. So I'll be going elsewhere for lunch from now on . And considering I work for acompany that orders lunch everyday for 15 people they'll be missing out on our business. Read more
Sandwich was alright but their menu was hard to read/make sense of. Which Wich and Subway's menu is a lot less cluttered and... easier to read+understand. Read more
Sandwich was delicious, but the delivery person forgot my drink. I tip cash not on credit so they don?t get taxed! Delivery... person didn?t stay for the tip or for me remind them of my drink. Always forgetting something. Read more
