Ate in dining room...person laying in the first booth watching a very loud video on phone. My guess, an employee on break. Very... loud and some inappropriate dialogue could be heard by guests (there were 4 of us). By the time my husband and I were finishedeating, this person was laying all the way down with a hoodie as a blanket over his head so he could now nap. If I could havefound a customer hotline number, I would have called. As an hr professional, clearly there is a disconnectbetween ownership/management/employees as to company goals, what is appropriate behavior, and the understanding of being part ofa team. Very sad. Lost revenues will eventually result is lost jobs and this employee will not see his role in the outcome. Read more
Not only was my order wrong, they put brown lettuce and the outside onion peel on my burger. It's doubtful I will ever go back... there. Read more
Try a whopper junior with cheese sandwich but make it a triple absolutely delicious. not a lot of bread high in protein. Not a... health meal but good calories and protein to carb ratio. Read more

No stars..slow as molasses ...said his headset wasn't working and pull to 2nd window to place our order...then insinuated we... pulled up without ordering!!! Then took forever to get our order and it was wrong! Not going there anymore ???? Read more
I don't write many reviews, but this experience was awful. First they ran out of large cups, ok fine I get it. The sprite they... gave me was carbonated water and I had to remind them about the second drink. Fries were COLD, as if they were microwaved fromfrozen. Chicken fries were soggy and they charged me for the ranch they are supposed to come with. Not at all satisfied. To topit off the burger was extremely burnt. Meaning... literally every item they gave me was bad in some way. I don't know anybodythat reads fast food reviews but if you are, avoid this place and spend your money wisely elsewhere. Read more
By far the worst burger king restaurant I've been too. To start, the person in drive thru didn't wear gloves and had their masks... under their chin. Also, the person in drive thru was making fun of customers for just ordering a bag of ice. Second, as shown inthe picture, that is not a whopper. Ketchup with the tiniest amount of cheese and a burger patty is not a whopper. I also hadchicken nuggets, spicy with buffalo sauce and I got normal with BBQ sauce. I also got a shake, not good and was melted. Was likedrinking cold saltwater. Thirdly, the mozzarella sticks just tasted really off. I will never return to this burger king again,completely horrible.
