First of all, I've been coming here less and less because of bad service, the waiting time is longer, they gave me a cold... cheeseburger and refried the fries. There was a rush when I came in and they were not working even though the drive-thru and thedine-in were full of people. They were laughing, pushing each other and screaming. Agree with all the others who rate this franchise as 1 star. Slow service, staff stands around laughing it up, self service ... order lists are are not working, messy floor, loong line ups inside and outside. Went inside after long wait in drive-through. Except one person, nobody was working, most probably the assistant manager. Wish I... could record on cam their drama, these staffs doing nothing and intentionally creating lineup in drive-through and inside. Afterall the wait, old woman got her coffee, then wait another 5 mins to get missing cream. New generation has no sense ofaccountability or work for living. Read more
