Worst Zaxbys! They can?t even get an order right! The first time they put Zaxbys sauce on my nibblers but yet I asked for... nuclear it was even on the receipt! I drive all the way back up there and they give me only nibblers. Where are my fries??? Howare is it to make an order right? This is the most disorganized Zaxbys in the area. The drive through line was long I waited about 10 minutes still not making it anywhere near the drive through speaker. I hoped... going inside would be quicker and it was just as long. The workers were nice, both cashiers were pleasant it just took a reallylong time to get my food. It took about 20 minutes although it was fresh the wait was super long. They didn?t seem to be shortstaff it was 3/4 people working the back two cashiers and one drive through worker. Read more

The lady taking our order at the box was flirting with my husband and he had the nerve to flirt back! Lol all jokes aside I... always go there for a great salad. So worth it. Update: great food and customer service. I love their salads and it always fillme up. I got the house salad with fried meat and ranch dressing. The toast is a great finisher. Read more

First and last time ordering here..We have never eaten at a Zaxbys before so we decided to give it a try. The person who was... taking our order seemed impatient.
