They took over 30 minutes to make my one meal and served people who ordered after me before me. When I asked someone to check on... my order, they said they wouldn't. I love Zaxby's but this location needs to get their act together before I come back. Read more

Drive through was taking forever so I went in and there was about 6-7 young employees standing around talking while multiple... people were in line. Management needs to work on making sure the employees are actually working. Disappointed in this location. Read more

I waited in line at Zaxby's for more than 30 minutes. I requested a medium sweet tea and was given a half cup of water with... little ice when I told they were out of tea. Hours are not updated. They close at 8:30 according to sign out front. This is what we opened the kids meal to. & We paid extra... for bacon in both grilled cheese (& had to pull up & wait longer for it) & there was none in one sandwich & the other wasn?teven melted. Read more
