They never have workers, the workers attitudes are like they hate their lives. Drive through barely takes orders. Such a... horrible place to get food from. Not all Wendy?s, just this location. You never know if they will be able to take your order ornot, or if you have to go in or only do drive through. POOR MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. Read more
Opted to use drive through versus going inside but, person at drive through was having difficulties with headset, so, order was... said repeatedly. Once at window, manager had to present Boo booklets because none were available at window and personnel atwindow didn't know where to look for them. Service was slow and they were out of strawberry lemonade, may not seem like a big deal, but was really looking forward to it.... Bacon cheeseburger had bacon bits instead of actual strips. Just skip the bacon, it doesn't add much. Otherwise burger was good. Read more
Seriously the worst Wendy?s ever. The last time I was here, they told me that they weren?t taking any orders because there was... only one employee. This time, they asked that we come to order because they were working on a big order and apparently takingorders in two places was too difficult for them. Fine, we went inside, but then the supervisor had no idea Wendy?s had an appor how to scan it for points. Stopped by drive thru for a Frosty. Two cars ahead of me took 10 minutes to process. They wanted me to wait 20 minutes because... they were "cooking meat". ?? Had to convince them that I shouldn't have to wait since I only wanted a Frosty. This Wendy's hasreally become a huge disappointment over the last few years. Service is always slow and, sometimes, just downright terrible andrude. The time I stopped by last they were closed in the middle of the day for no discernable reason.
