Requested a side of bacon for breakfast I was asked if I wanted two or three slices, I'm pregnant so I said 3 to hold me over... into lunch with a side of potatoes.. the bacon was broken in half to make two of the three slices and I was told by the managerthat Wendy's cut their bacon that way. Never stopping for breakfast here again. It's just common sense- the brand just startedserving breakfast..give customers whole slices of bacon during that time ???? Read more

HORRIBLE. we ordered our 2 separate orders, one $5 biggie bag and the second order was 2 nugget combos with baconator fries with... sprite and dr pepper and 2 got honey chicken sandwiches with one lemonade and baconator fries. The girl didn?t understand a wordwe said, we repeated the order many times and she still didn?t understand, not only that but she was already catching an uglyattitude with us for not understanding what we were trying to tell her. when we got our order, it was completely wrong, we gotonly one baconator fry side and 2 regular fry sides, the nuggets didn?t even taste as good as the other wendys, the $5 biggiebag burger was hard as a rock and to top it all we didn?t even get a receipt to check so we weren?t able to go back and tellthem to replace our fries it. Ok I get to the drive thru order 3 $5 bags it was on the screen added up correctly but when I get to the window to pay and... checking my order the lady didn?t speak English I didn?t understand her at all she gave me just my 6 piece nuggets and no drinksand said that was it I had to tell her that wasn?t the rest of my order so a young girl with a brownish gold pony tail came tothe window and I asked her bout my food as well and she squinted her eyes and looked at me and walked away. So I asked didanyone at the window speak English the manager replied No about the older lady at the window and the girl looked back at meagain rolled her eyes. Then the manager gives me my receipt and only gives me two of my orders she claims she didn?t hear myother order but before I left the drive thru I seen all my 3 orders on the screen. Then she asks for my card again n didn?t giveme the last receipt for the meal that she took off the first time we told her and rung me up. So much attitude and rushed me outthe driveway I didn?t appreciate this at all on my lunch break today. I would like to see something done about how theatmosphere at Wendy?s. Read more

Made my order online, paid for it, when I picked it up lady on the window told me they were closed and tried to make me go... without my food when the restaurant was open. Had to wait at the window so I could get my food and while I was waiting I heardthem talking between them saying some stuff in Spanish like complaining about doing their job, like come on!
