I love Wendy's, but this is the absolute worst excuse for one that I've ever encountered in my 35 years of existence. They... always manage to botch my order in seemingly new and inventive ways. I thought placing mobile orders would help remedy thisproblem, but of course they have found a way to consistently mess that up as well. It is a shame to pay for your order inadvance, then pull up to be told that they never received the order you're actively showing them on your phone via the app/theclear charge to the card, with them acting as if they're somehow unable to make it for you despite "not seeing it". How aboutgetting charged in advance, pulling up only to be told that the system is down and they can't see any orders, which once againshould be irrelevant considering I'm showing you the order that has been paid for on my phone. I don't understand how not seeingthe order on the screen hinders you from cooking the food. I currently manage a fast food restaurant and have done some for manyyears, this is pathetic. Read more

This was the worst experience I ever had at a Wendy's. I had a mobile order. Only to arrive at the drive thru window and have... them tell me they were out of lemonade (later saw almost every worker had a cup of lemonade) and I had to cancel my order inorder to receive a refund. I tried to explain, that I ordered more items. He said he knows but he's unable to give me a refundon my drink without me cancelling. I couldn't cancel the order because they had already processed it on their side. He said callcustomer service and get out of line. So I went to the mobile parking spot and tried calling but there was no answer because itwas a holiday. I was on hold listening to elevator music for almost an hour. So I go inside and explain that no one is going toanswer probably because it's a national holiday. He begrudgingly made my order incorrectly and then actually got mad at me whenI pointed it out. My order specifically said no pickles and I had pickles on my burger. It was like the manager was mad at mefor asking for my food that I paid over $15 for. I get that he was going through other things but there was no need to take itout on me. The manager was rude. That's wild to me which further explained the culture at the restaurant. Plus when I wentinside it smelled funny. No one was washing their hands regularly and touching food without gloves. I threw the whole meal awayand went down the street to Chick-fil-A. Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes (at the speaker). No one took my order so I drove on up to the window thinking that... there may be a problem with the headphones. Sat another 10 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window (now 25minutes later), lady opened the window and said -- you have to go around and wait in line again. When I asked why they nevertook my order she re-opened the window and said either go around again or leave!! Very rude. Read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been. Some staff are not friendly at all. The guys that works there likes to show their underwear... because they're too lazy to pull their pants up. I Ordered the classic Asiago ranch chicken sandwich, i don?t know if they fried the entire sandwich or what but the buns were... soaked in grease & looks like the lettuce was fried? How can you wrap a sandwich knowing it?s not prepared right, then dispenseit to PAYING customers. I wasted my time waiting in the drive-thru line & wasted my money on this mess. Would not recommend. They get one star because it?s 10:30 and they saying they aren?t taking cash and they out of Chili for tonight, but you don?t... close til 1am. Service just isn?t what it used to be. Everything I asked for ?let me check and see if we got it?. Just shut downat this. Then got to the window. Guess what? No sweet tea either!!! Done!!! I even decided to give them another try a week laterand here it is 11 o?clock, they close at 1. They made me wait 6 minutes at the window to tell me that they didn?t have what Iwanted!
