Use to really enjoy this Wendy's, but they have had a complete crew change over, and now the staff suck!!!. They charge you for... the size you didn't order, then when you correct them they don't refund you the difference and tell you that's the cost of thecombo meal now. Won't be back there and don't recommend spending you hard earned money there. Read more
Best Wendy?s in the area. There are 2 other locations closer to me but drove to this one a couple times recently to avoid... terrible service. The staff at the window were pleasant and fast. Plus, the fries have been hot and fresh every time. Read more
Horrible customer service, long wait time to just get old fries with no salt melted frosty, and the worst chicken sandwich ever!... To top it off they actually had plenty of staff inside but they were more worried about gossip and horseplay. Don't waste yourtime here drive a couple more miles to Brier Creek Wendy's. Read more
Second time there. Staff rude. Man said dining room was closed even after we walked in to order but it wasn't even locked and he... wasn't sure what time it closes after we asked ?!? Theres a better way to communicate. Another time went and was told I couldn'tuse the app for coupon. I was not provided a receipt so could not redeem points at later time. I tried their breakfast. I ordered the sausage & egg croissant, no cheese. It was delicious! I also ordered the Frosty-ccino... (coffee with chocolate Frosty). I drank it, but, wasn't impressed. It wasn't sweet enough to suit my taste. Good breakfast! Read more
Even though their chili and baked ???? were not good some weeks ago I have to say that their breakfast is ON POINT! They have... got to keep their Maple bacon chicken croissant and wedges! P.s. ask for extra Honey butter...yyyyeeesss. Also the price isright. Read more
